 Poster competition for budding artists Go Green Widcombe is running a poster competition themed on energy saving. A number of local schools have been invited but we are also calling any adults and children to submit an entry as well. You could be a winner and help raise awareness of sustainability. Details are below:  Mummers play on New Year’s Day Yes the mummers are back in person this year with a great new play. Outdoor performances at Widcombe Manor (12:00), Prior Park Garden Centre car park (12:20) and the east end of Widcombe Parade (12:40). In case of bad weather the performances will be at St Marks Community Centre (12:00 and 12:40).
