Widcombe Arts Trail The Widcombe Arts Trail will this year be the weekend of 19th and 20th May at various locations around Widcombe. Always a popular and enjoyable showcase of local talent. Details may be found at widcombearttrail . com Party in the City Not just Widcombe but the whole city’s free evening out on Friday 18th May. Details of all Bath Festivals events this year from https://bathfestivals . org . uk/the Widcombe Summer Street Party It’s all systems go for our own Street Party along Widcombe Parade on Sunday 1st July. Three stages, many local performers, stalls … if you have ever been to a Widcombe Street Party you will know what to expect, if you haven’t, this is your opportunity. More and more Widcombe folk and organisations are getting involved, but we still need volunteers to staff the entrances. If you could do a 90 minute slot on the day, and be part of the action, please contact our indefatigable lead organiser on hfurlonger@gmail.com . Data Protection The General Data Protection Act comes into effect on 25th May. This major piece of legislation is there to help protect our personal data from misuse and deter unwanted communications. Your committee recognises its responsibilities in this regard.
